By placing an order with Veda Shakti, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed, our team begins processing it for packing and dispatch.

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-volume sale periods may take slightly longer to process.

2. Shipping Locations

Veda Shakti currently ships across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Delivery availability may depend on your PIN code and courier serviceability.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days

• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–7 working days

• Remote or rural locations: 7–10 working days

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier partner performance, location, weather, festivals, strikes, public holidays, or other unforeseen situations.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Veda Shakti may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional offers, or orders above a specific value.

Any shipping offer may be changed or withdrawn at the discretion of Veda Shakti.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other available communication channel.

You can use the tracking link or tracking number to check the delivery status of your order.

6. Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations, depending on courier serviceability.

For COD orders, order confirmation may be required before dispatch. If we are unable to confirm the order, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

7. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct before placing the order.

Veda Shakti will not be responsible for delivery failure or delay caused by:

• Incorrect address

• Incomplete address

• Wrong PIN code

• Incorrect phone number

• Customer unavailable at delivery location

• Customer refusing delivery

• Failed delivery attempts by courier partner

If the order is returned to us due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

8. Delayed Delivery

We always try to deliver your order within the estimated timeline. However, delivery delays may happen due to reasons beyond our control, such as:

• Courier partner delay

• Weather conditions

• Festivals or public holidays

• Strikes or lockdowns

• Remote location delivery

• High order volume

• Transportation issues

Veda Shakti is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external circumstances, but we will support you in tracking and resolving the issue.

9. Damaged, Leaked, or Tampered Package

If your package appears damaged, leaked, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend that you do not accept the package.

Please take clear photos or videos and contact us immediately.

If you receive a damaged, leaked, wrong, or missing product after accepting delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

10. Missing or Lost Shipment

If your order tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact us immediately.

We will coordinate with the courier partner and investigate the issue. Resolution may depend on courier verification and delivery proof.

11. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the order will be handled according to our Refund Policy and Return & Exchange Policy.

12. International Shipping

Currently, Veda Shakti primarily ships within India.

International shipping may be introduced in the future. If international shipping is available, charges, customs duties, taxes, and delivery timelines will be mentioned separately.
