Refund Policy

At Veda Shakti, we carefully pack every order and aim to deliver high-quality Ayurvedic hair care and skin care products to our customers. Since our products fall under personal care and wellness, we follow a clear hygiene-focused refund policy.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a leaked or broken product

  • You received an expired product

  • One or more items were missing from your order

  • The order was prepaid but not delivered due to a confirmed issue from our side

To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Proof Required for Refund

To process your refund request, please share the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Full name and registered phone number

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged, leaked, wrong, or missing product

  • Photo of the outer packaging

  • Photo of the shipping label

  • Unboxing video, if available

Refund requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Product has been used

  • Product seal is opened, broken, or tampered with

  • Customer changed their mind after delivery

  • Customer ordered the wrong product

  • Product did not suit personal preference, fragrance, texture, taste, or expectation

  • Product results vary from person to person

  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect product safety or usability

  • Delivery delay caused by courier partner, weather, festivals, strikes, or unforeseen events

  • Incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer

  • Customer was unavailable during delivery attempts

  • Refund request raised after 48 hours of delivery

4. Refund Approval Process

Once we receive your refund request, our team will review the details and verify the proof shared by you.

If your request is approved, we will process the refund according to the payment method used during purchase.

If the request does not meet our refund policy conditions, the refund may be declined.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.

Please note that the final amount may take additional time to reflect in your bank account, card, UPI, or wallet depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Refund for Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

7. Refund for Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds may be processed through:

  • UPI transfer

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit

The customer may be required to provide correct bank or UPI details for refund processing.

8. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Damaged or Tampered Package

If your package appears damaged, opened, leaked, or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend that you do not accept the package.
